Yes, the pet sitter can visit your pet multiple times a day according to your request and arrangement.
We offer online payment options through a payment gateway or bank transfer to our account.
Before the pet sitting service, you will arrange a personal meeting with the pet sitter. During the meeting, you will discuss all the important information regarding your pet’s care and also exchange keys. The initial meeting is subject to a fee of 99 CZK.
The arrangement of the time and place to meet the pet sitter is done directly with the assigned sitter. They will contact you after successful reservation and payment.
Certainly, we understand that plans can change. If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before the start of the service, you will receive a full refund.
