What does our dog sitting and dog walking service include?
Easily and quickly make an online reservation. Just fill out a simple form with your contact details, preferred date, and type of service. You can also mention any specific requirements in the notes.
After submitting the reservation, we'll get in touch with you within 15 minutes to confirm the sitting date and discuss payment. Once the payment is successful, we'll notify you and confirm the reservation.
Our experienced and attentive staff will take care of your feline companion with maximum care and love . You'll receive a visit report with updates and photos of your cat after each visit.

Both. We provide pet sitting services both at our place and at your home. In the inquiry form, you can choose whether you want the pet sitter to come to your place or if you prefer to have your dog stay at the sitter’s home.
Yes, the pet sitter can visit your pet multiple times a day according to your request and arrangement.
We offer online payment options through a payment gateway or bank transfer to our account.
Before the pet sitting service, you will arrange a personal meeting with the pet sitter. During the meeting, you will discuss all the important information regarding your pet’s care and also exchange keys. The initial meeting is subject to a fee of 99 CZK.
The arrangement of the time and place to meet the pet sitter is done directly with the assigned sitter. They will contact you after successful reservation and payment.
Certainly, we understand that plans can change. If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before the start of the service, you will receive a full refund.
