Absolutely. We are happy to take care of multiple animals at once. Please provide us with information about the number of animals in the notes section of the booking form.
Certainly. We are happy to take care of your dog or cat at our place. In the form, simply indicate whether you prefer sitting at our place or yours.
The sitter will be in touch with you throughout the entire sitting period. We usually communicate through WhatsApp and SMS messages. You will receive a photo of your pet every 15 minutes in the chat.
If your pet needs medication, please let us know. We will take care of administering the medication.
Each animal is different. We recommend a maximum of 8-10 hours, but it depends on the needs and nature of your pet.
Yes, the sitter can visit your pet multiple times a day according to your request and agreement.
Before the sitting, our sitter will contact you regarding the date of the initial meeting, where you will discuss all the important information about your pet’s care and hand over the keys. The initial meeting is subject to a fee of 99 CZK.
All our sitters are carefully selected and tested to ensure they can provide the best care for your pet. You can also contact us at any time during your reservation, and we will provide you with regular updates on the status of your pet.
Everything is perfectly fine. Let us know as soon as possible, so we can adjust our plan and ensure that your pet is taken care of.
You can pay online by card, Apple Pay, or by manual transfer to our bank account.

Certainly, we understand that plans can change. If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before the start of the service, you will receive a full refund.
If you return home earlier than planned, contact us as soon as possible, and we will refund you for the remaining days.
When selecting a new sitter for the Lucky Cat team, we focus on experience in pet sitting, communication skills, reliability, and pleasant demeanor. This is followed by a personal interview, where the new sitter learns about the requirements for pet sitting.
Of course, it can happen that something comes up, and the sitter is unable to visit. In such a case, we have alternative solutions in place. We always have several other sitters available who can take care of your pet during that period. This allows us to ensure a smooth process and minimize any problems or delays. However, we haven’t had any cases where we had to cancel a reservation so far.

We accept reservations even less than 24 hours in advance. If you have a last-minute pet sitting need, we will take care of your pets with care and love.
